I've worked out the answer to my heavy workload. I need to share it out. So Joni, obviously offered her help. She's taken a look at the figures and has concluded that the numbers tell us the following; Year 11 results are Ga and Year 10 are Ca ca ca. Now I'm new to the job, but I think that's all positive! Next week she's doing a server upgrade! That's my girl!
